Our tea is not tea as it contains 0% tea leaves, it is in fact purely herbal medicine. Therefore the need to steep and boil the tea to extract its goodness. Traditional Chinese Herbology Simplified for your Convenience and Exact Formula.

Brew Guide for;

SimRose, GinChi, Reishi & Jewel

1 Herbal pouch /teabag makes 1 to 2 liters of tea.

Best consumed:

  1. 1/2 hour pre or post-meal.
  2. 1.5 hour after any western or herbal medication is taken
  3. If taking more than one remedy its best to allow a 1-1.5 hour gap in-between each before drinking the next brew.
  4. Initially start with 1 liter per day to normalise condition thereafter you may move to 2 liters per day for maintenance.
  5. Split the consumption into your daily schedule eg. morning, midday lunch, supper.
  6. Consume lots of water in-between drinking the brew.

Directions:

  1. Boil pouch in a stainless steel/clay pot for 20-30 minutes to obtain optimum extraction.
  2. Remove from heat and store the balance in a glass or stainless steel bottle for later consumption.
  3. Pouch/teabag may be reused once only, keep in fridge after 1st use.
  4. 2nd brew needs to be boiled 30-35 minutes to obtain maximum strength.
  5. Store in a fridge if not consumed immediately
  6. Best consumed at room temperature or hotter; as ice-cold consumption is non-conducive to obtain optimum effect and efficiency of herbal brew.

  Brew Guide for TRANQUI TEA

1 box size option available: 10 bags

1 Herbal pouch /teabag makes 1 cup of brew.

Best consumed:

  1. 1/2 hour pre or post-meal.
  2. 1.5 hour after any western or herbal medication is taken
  3. If taking more than one remedy its best to allow a 1-1.5 hour gap in-between each before drinking the next brew.

  2. Allow brewing for 5 minutes.
  3. Drink 1/2 and hour to 1 hour before bedtime
  4. Best consumed at room temperature or hotter; as ice-cold consumption is non-conducive to obtain optimum effect and efficiency of herbal brew.

      Brew Guide for ENERFUL TEA

    1 box size option available: 10 bags

    1 Herbal pouch /teabag makes 1 cup of brew.

    Optimum Results:

    1. Refrain from sexual intercourse for the first week (7 days) of using Enerful, to allow healing
    2. Ensure you get enough sleep (6 – 8 hours per night)
    3. Drink 2 liters of water daily. Sip water slowly throughout the day.
    4. Caution: Please consult a physician if you have high blood pressure, heart disease, kidney disease or experiencing weakness before using this product.
